Curtains & Track Systems

Large curtain tracks operated by manual halyard or motorized winch at fixed or variable speed.

There are different types of curtain :

  • Greek style. The most classical model : made up of 2 panels crossing in the center of the stage and opening sideways from the center..
  • German style. A single panel opens vertically.
  • Italian Style. Lateral opening of 2 panels which are turned up towards the 2 corners of the top of the stage frame when it opens.
  • Roman Style. Tapestry that opens vertically and rises from the bottom to form festoons.
  • French style. Synchronization of Greek and German movements.
  • The kabuki curtain, which is released for the opening and falls to the floor. It uses gravity to reveal the scene with a rapid surprise effect.
